Location

Casa Viento is located in the north of Cozumel, Mexico's largest Caribbean Island, which lies off the Yucatan Peninsula. It is a 5-10 minute drive from Downtown, the Airport or the passenger ferry terminal to Playa del Carmen on the mainland.

Cozumel can be reached by direct flights from many US airports, or a flight to Cancun and a 2 hour bus/taxi and ferry transfer. The Casa is located within the Country Club Estates, a residential neighborhood next to the island's Nicklaus-designed PGA golf course.

Just 2 minutes walk away is a fantastic white sand beach, which offers some of the best kiteboarding conditions in Mexico. Other kiting locations are just a short car drive away, such as The Lagoon (2.5 miles / 4 km) and the Wave Ranch (15 miles / 24 km).

Outside of kiting Cozumel has many other activities to enjoy. With some of the best coral reef in the world, snorkeling or scuba diving is a must. Deep sea fishing is also very popular. Or if you just want to relax and have fun, try one of the many restaurants, bars or night clubs.
